Awesome blog! Do you have any tips and hints for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m completely confused .. Any tips? Cheers!
Thanks so much for your comment. What kind of writer are you aspiring to be? If a reporter for the media, then I would suggest joining a few professional associations such as SPJ or NABJ and then attending the conventions so you can take a few classes and make more connections. As far as blogging? Well, I like WordPress because of its ease of use. And, you always get what you pay for. Free is great, but sometime paid has more options. As far as content, it’s ok to change your mind and write about a lot of things.
